KFC Launches $25 Festive Feast, Gravy Flight and $4.99 Pot Pie

KFC
is stepping into the holiday season with a menu push that challenges traditional turkey dinners and speaks to consumers looking for convenience, comfort, and lower-cost options amid end-of-year chaos.

The chain is expanding its holiday offerings with a $25 Extra Crispy Festive Feast. The meal feeds four and includes:

  • An eight-piece Extra Crispy chicken bucket
  • Four biscuits
  • Two large mashed potatoes
  • A “Gravy Flight” featuring Signature Brown, White Peppercorn, and new Southwest Cheddar gravies

The brand says the new gravy trio marks its first flight of sauces built specifically for holiday meals.

KFC U.S. chief marketing officer Melissa Cash said the company wants to highlight comfort and togetherness during a season when many households are stretched for time and patience.

A Campaign That Breaks Up With Turkey

Alongside the menu updates, KFC is launching its “Cluck Turkey” campaign. The messaging rolls out across billboards and marketing headlines encouraging consumers to replace the “dry, flavorless” bird with fried chicken.

For those who still insist on serving turkey, select restaurants in California, Colorado, Utah, and Washington State will again offer pre-orders of Cajun-style deep-fried turkeys. Availability and prices vary.

$4.99 Pot Pie Returns for Solo Seasonal Breaks

KFC is also bringing back its Personal Pot Pie for $4.99 beginning November 17. The chain is positioning the item as a quick, low-cost escape for customers seeking a quiet moment away from holiday errands and gatherings.

Holiday Gifts and Limited-Edition Merchandise

The company is extending its seasonal push beyond the menu with a mix of holiday merchandise and gift card options.

Available components include:

  • Sign-up access at KFCShop.com for matching pajamas and fried-chicken-themed wrapping paper
  • In-store holiday gift cards available while supplies last
  • Online e-gift cards for remote gifting

Prices and participation for all promotions vary by location, including higher costs in Alaska, Hawaii, California, and on third-party delivery platforms.
