Shipley Donuts is introducing a new guarantee to win over early-morning customers: hot glazed donuts available daily until at least 10 a.m. at nearly all of its more than 385 locations across the U.S.
The “Hot Glazed Guarantee” ensures that Shipley serves its top-selling item, the signature glazed donut, warm and fresh during the peak morning hours.

Shipley’s glazed donuts are notable for their hexagon shape and are freshly made each day by bakers who begin work at 3 a.m.
The company says this process is key to ensuring the donuts are soft, warm, and coated in fresh glaze during morning hours.
The company, which has been in operation for nearly 90 years, hopes the move will reinforce its reputation for morning quality and freshness.
In addition to in-store purchases, customers can also get the hot donuts via online ordering for pickup or delivery.
