Royal has introduced a new addition to its Ready-to-Heat product line with Cuban Black Beans & Seasoned Basmati Rice, offering a quick and flavorful option for consumers looking for a Latin-inspired meal.
The dish combines hearty black beans with fragrant basmati rice, seasoned with a blend of onion, garlic, red bell peppers, oregano, cumin, and bay leaf.
The new product, which cooks in just 90 seconds, is designed to appeal to busy individuals and families seeking convenient, authentic meal solutions. It joins a growing lineup of ready-to-heat rice dishes from Royal, which already includes options like Cilantro Lime, Tikka Masala, and Garlic & Ghee.

Royal, a member of the Sustainable Rice Platform, also emphasizes sustainability in its production practices. The company supports eco-friendly farming initiatives and works to reduce the environmental impact of rice cultivation.
The Cuban Black Beans & Seasoned Basmati Rice is currently available at Hannaford stores, with plans for wider distribution through H-E-B and Amazon starting in early October.
