Eggo is releasing a new limited-edition strawberry red waffle in collaboration with Stranger Things, marking its first-ever waffle made with colors from natural sources. The release comes ahead of the fifth and final season of the Netflix series.
The new Stranger Things Strawberry Waffles and themed Homestyle Waffles will be available in select stores nationwide starting in October. Each 10-count box will be sold for a suggested retail price of $3.59.
As part of the promotion, Eggo is giving away 11,000 boxes of waffles through Instacart, with a limit of 11 boxes per customer. The giveaway starts October 3 and continues every Friday through October 24, while supplies last. Products include both the new strawberry variety and the limited-edition Homestyle packs.
Eggo has long been associated with Stranger Things, particularly through the character Eleven, whose love for waffles became a recurring theme in the show. The new launch continues that connection as fans prepare to rewatch the series ahead of its final season.
Stranger Things Season 5 will be released in three parts: four episodes on November 26, three on Christmas Day, and the finale on New Year’s Eve.
