Chick-fil-A Opens Applications for 2025–26 Scholarship Programs

Fast-food chain Chick-fil-A has opened applications for its annual scholarship offerings, which are aimed at both employees and students across the United States. The application windows begin in August and run into October, with a third program set to launch in November.

The company confirmed that recipients will be announced in spring 2026.

Programs and Deadlines

Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures™ Scholarship: Open now through October 21, this program offers current Team Members (those employed at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants or affiliated brands) the opportunity to apply for educational grants of up to $25,000.

To be eligible, Team Members must be employed at independently owned Chick-fil-A restaurants, corporate-operated Chick-fil-A locations or affiliated S. Truett Cathy brands (Truett’s Grill®, the Dwarf House®, Truett’s Luau®, Truett’s Chick-fil-A®).

Community Scholars Program: Open until October 28, this award is intended for students who may not be connected to the company but who can demonstrate leadership, service, and strong academic records.

Up to 13 students nationwide are selected. They receive $25,000 each, in addition to mentorship and career development opportunities.

Supply Dependent Scholarship: This program opens November 3. It is available only to dependents of full-time distribution center employees and supply-chain staff.

Awards are a one-time $10,000 scholarship for tuition at colleges, universities, or vocational schools.

Scale of the Program

Last year, more than 15,000 employees at Chick-fil-A restaurants were awarded a collective $27 million in scholarships, according to the company.

Nine dependents of supply-chain employees also received scholarships during the same cycle.

Chick-fil-A has stated that education funding has been a long-term corporate initiative. Since the creation of its scholarship program more than four decades ago, the company says it has distributed over $162 million in student aid.

Application Information

Applications for both the Team Member and Community Scholars programs are conducted online. Interested students must meet individual eligibility requirements, including proof of academic enrollment and, depending on the program, either employment with Chick-fil-A or a record of community involvement.
