Applebee’s has updated its popular “2 for $25” deal with two new entrée options, including a Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger and a Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine.
The limited-time offerings come as part of the chain’s efforts to refresh its fall menu and attract dine-in, takeout, and delivery customers.
The new Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger features an all-beef patty topped with four slices of American cheese and a sweet-savory jam, all served on toasted potato bread.
It also comes with a side of tomato basil soup for dipping.
Also added to the 2 for $25 lineup is the Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine, alongside the existing Oriental Chicken Salad.
As part of the deal, diners can pair any two entrées with one appetizer such as Boneless Wings, Onion Rings, or Mozzarella Sticks or opt for two side salads.
New Appetizer Options for Football Season
Alongside the entrée additions, Applebee’s has introduced Crispy Pickle Fries as part of its $14.99 “Ultimate Trio” appetizer sampler. The pickle fries tossed in TAJÍN and chile lime seasoning, are served with a Mexi-ranch dipping sauce.
Customers can mix and match any three appetizers and sauces from a selection of 10 each, with more than 80,000 possible combinations.
NFL-Themed Digital Game for Rewards
Club Applebee’s members are also being offered a new digital game tied to the NFL season. With each dine-in visit or online order, members will receive a chance to spin a digital wheel for prizes ranging from discounts and free menu items to signed NFL merchandise.
“Whether snacking solo or dining with a group, our new Crispy Pickle Fries and Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger are sure to satisfy savory cravings,” said Michelle Chin, Chief Marketing Officer at Applebee’s.
The new menu items and promotions are available now for a limited time. Full details and availability may vary by location.
