Hardee’s is rolling out a trio of holiday-themed menu items, tapping into customer nostalgia and cold-weather cravings. The return of its Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuit headlines the lineup, accompanied by new grilled cheese sandwiches and a festive beverage option.
The Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuit, a long-standing customer favorite, is back at participating locations through February 17.
Served during breakfast hours, the biscuit features cinnamon swirls and raisins baked into Hardee’s made-from-scratch buttery biscuit dough. It will be available in single, two-pack, and four-pack servings.
The chain is also adding grilled cheese sandwiches to the menu for a limited time. These options blend familiar flavors with heartier ingredients, available both as breakfast and lunch items.

New seasonal items at Hardee’s:
- Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuit – Buttery biscuit with cinnamon and raisins; available as a single, two-pack, or four-pack during breakfast hours.
- Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich – Sourdough grilled cheese with American and Swiss cheese, plus a fried egg and choice of sausage or bacon.
- Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger – 100% Angus beef patty layered with American and Swiss cheese, crispy bacon, on toasted sourdough.
- Holly Jolly Sparkler – A limited-time beverage made with real cranberry, lime, and Sprite™.
The additions reflect what Hardee’s representatives say is a focus on food that evokes memory and tradition during the holiday season.
