Firehouse Subs has brought back its seasonal Thanksgiving Turkey Sub, a fan favorite that returns to menus for a limited time. This year, the sandwich is accompanied by new holiday-themed sides, giving customers more variety during the fall season.
The returning sub includes carved turkey breast, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mayo, served hot on a toasted roll. New additions to the menu include a rich gravy for dipping, a six-cheese mac and cheese, and a double chocolate chip cookie made with cocoa dough and mixed chocolate chunks.
The items are available at participating locations nationwide.
Mike Hancock, President of Firehouse Subs, said the chain is offering the full flavor of Thanksgiving without the wait, aiming to give customers easy access to a traditional holiday meal.

The complete Thanksgiving menu features:
- Thanksgiving Turkey Sub – Tender carved turkey breast with savory stuffing, sweet and tart cranberry sauce, and mayo, served hot on a freshly toasted sub roll
- NEW Gravy – A rich, savory gravy with notes of garlic, roasted turkey and vegetable stock – perfect for dunking your Thanksgiving Turkey Sub.
- NEW Extra Cheesy Mac & Cheese – Creamy cavatappi noodles blended with a decadent mix of American, cheddar, Neufchatel, Monterey Jack, Queso, and asadero cheeses.
- NEW Double Chocolate Chip Cookie – Indulgent cocoa-based dough filled with semi-sweet chocolate and creamy white chocolate chunks.
According to the press release, a portion of proceeds from every purchase goes to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, which marks its 20th anniversary this year.
